Haryana Property
Haryana is a state within the country of India. It is an important place and is considered as a place with immense aesthetic value. This region of India has been extremely developed in terms of agricultural sectors is concerned. Due to the massive development in the agricultural sectors, the overall economy of the state has face up with a stable growth. Not only this, but other sectors are also coming up in this state to try their luck out. Several MNCs are investing large amount of capitals in projects and plants within the state of Haryana. Some of the cities like Faridabad, Panipat, Yamunanagar, Hissar, Gurgaon, Bahadurgarh, Chandigarh, & Panchkula have been the most industrially developed areas within the state. The DLF Limited, considered as India’s biggest real estate firm, has its head office situated at Gurgaon. The chief manufacturing plant of the renowned Maruti Suzuki vehicles is also located at Gurgaon. This city is also one of the leading Information Technology hubs in the entire India. Some of the big names like DELL, IBM, Convergys, TCS, & HP have their offices situated within the city IT Park. The largest railway workshop of India is situated within the Yamunanagar district. Hissar is renowned for the famous steel brand launching, JINDAL STEEL. The city of Faridabad has also seen several industrial developments within its boundaries like Goodyear, Whirlpool, ABB, etc.
Recently, news is there about launching some great projects and multi-product zones within the state from big names like Reliance and Sezs.
Not only industrial revolution has occurred, but scope for higher education within the state has also flourished at a god scale. Add to it the development of on road transport facilities which have made life much easier in context to the situation and scenario.
Talking about the Haryana state and the facilities while not mentioning about HUDA will surely be a sin. HUDA which stands for Haryana Urban Development Association is one such government organization which has been hugely responsible for the state’s overall development.
You will definitely accept with the fact that a state will not flourish unless lives of the residential people are going on well with the availability of all the amenities and facilities. This is the scenario where HUDA plays a very important role. In fact, the Haryana Urban Development Association can be said as the major mentor in developing and reshaping all the sectors within the state. The land and building properties have been taken care of by HUDA and necessary steps have been applied to undergo proper distribution of them within the people living in sectors.
The development of state urban areas has been the major initiative of HUDA. In fact, saying “development” will be not ideal to describe the working of HUDA. It can be said as “planned development of all the urban areas that falls within the state boundaries of Haryana” is taken care of by the HUDA. Although you will find a lot of private builders and developers within the state, but none will be providing buildings and land properties at such low prices like HUDA do. The main area of concern for HUDA is to provide the general public residing within the Haryana state with flats at extremely low and affordable rates. Not only readymade constructed flats, but HUDA also delivers plots and lands for building construction at extreme affordable rates. As the population is increasing at a rapid pace within the state of Haryana, therefore conscious and sincere effort to provide enough lands and building properties have been undertaken by the HUDA.
Being a government organization, HUDA doesn’t have the license to sell the plots and lands simply to anyone. There is a systematic approach associated with the selling procedure. Draws and lottery systems are organized on particular dates. People need to take part in the draws and if their name appears in the final Huda results, then they are eligible to get the plot. It has often being observed that people of the Haryana state wait with much anxiety during the time of draw results. If you are curious about the payment policies related to residential plots, then have a look below.
Ten percent of the total cost price of the plot is needed to be paid during the time of application form submission. Then, from the remaining balance of the total cost price, a fifteen percent amount is required to get paid once the plot allotment letter is issued. The maximum payment period that can be extended is thirty days from the letter issuing.
The remaining amount (seventy five percent) is required to be paid within sixty days from the issue date of the allotment letter. If the entire amount is cleared within this period, then no interest will be charged. However, if one is unable to pay within the sixty days the entire amount, then there is another option available. Pay in six easy installment facilities with an interest rate of nine percent.
Although one needs to pay interest rates, but this option is mostly preferable among the people ling within the state boundaries of Haryana. Among the six installments, the first needs to be paid right after the completion of a year from the date of issuing of the allotment letter. The remaining five installments will be levied right after the date when the possession of plot offer letter will be handed. If one undergoes a delayed payment, then a higher interest rate of eleven percent will be levied. This is according to the rules of the existing policy curriculum.
In order to get the plot transferred, there are certain documents that are required. Have a look:
Photo copy of the allotment letter duly attested by govt. gadgeted officer.
Photo copies of HUDA payment receipts duly attested by govt. gazetted officer.
Photo copies of possession certificate duly attested by govt. gazetted officer.
Attested photographs (two nos.) of both the purchaser as well the seller. The attestation needs to be done by a-grade magistrate or some government gazetted officer.
The respective amount should be paid through Bank Draft. It should be drawn in favor of the concerned Estate Officer, HUDA.
HUDA has helped in undergoing massive urban development in the entire Haryana and has been quite a revelation.
