Finolex to sell SEZ plot in Pune
Finolex Industries has finally decided upon the fate of its special economic zone plot at Chinchwad in Pune. The plot will be sold to a US-based real estate developer and the deal may fetch anything between Rs 350 crore and 400 crore to the company. Earlier it was decided to develop an IT SEZ over the land in collaboration with some Middle Eastern and US-based companies, but now the management has changed the decision.
