DDA announces its latest housing scheme for around 5020 flats in various parts of Delhi . Under the DDA Housing Scheme 2008, the Delhi Development Authority invites applications for 3, 2 and one-bedroom flats and expandable flats developed by the DDA. Ready-to-move-in flats are available under this DDA Housing 2008 Scheme at a registration fee of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs. Many finance scheme are also available by most of the leading banks for the registration fee also.
DDA Housing Scheme 2008 Application Forms
The application forms of the DDA Flats under this DDA Housing Bonanza are available at the DDA sales counter at the Vikas Sadan office of DDA, various branches of Axis bank, ICICI, HDFC, IDBI, SBI, Central Bank of India, and Union Bank of India. DDA website also offers download of the DDA housing Scheme 2008 application form. The duly completed form along with a Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque from any bank and self-attested copies of PAN, proof of residence and the applicable reserve category certificate is to be submitted.
DDA Flats Allotment
The respective allotments for the flats available in areas like Rohini, Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Motia Khan, Narela, Pitampura, Paschim Vihar, Shalimar Bagh, Dilshad Garden, Lok Nayak Puram etc. under the DDA Flats 2008 scheme would be done on the basis of a lottery system in the form of a computerized DDA Draw .
The successful applications would be liable to getting the registration amount paid earlier adjusted in the final cost of the Flat and the applicants who could not achieve an allotment can get the registration amount refunded from the main branches of the respective banks within a month of the draw.
