CIDCO ( City and Industrial Developement Corporation ) has officially announced the launch of the lottery for 2013. In the next couple of months, CIDCO would be coming up with
around 1,118 homes for sale in Kharghar. This developement has also been confirmed by the managing director of CIDCO, Mr. Sanjay Bhatia.
When contacted for details such as the lottery start and end date, availability of application forms to the general pubilic, price of the flats as well as there breakup under LIG,
HIG, MIG and EWS, the CIDCO official said that as of now only the breakup of the rooms for different categories is planned. Other details have not been finalized yet.

CIDCO has also announced that besides this, there will be a lottery in the end of year as well. However, the exact details and other parameteres for CIDCO lottery for 2013 – 2014 have
not been decided yet. However, there has been some unconfirmed news that around 3800 flats would be up for sale in the sector 36, kharghar in maybe October and November.
It seems that CIDCO would easily be able to meet its current year lottery target of 5,250 flats in Kharghar. CIDCO had announced this target last year.
City and Industrial Developement Corporation had already received a warm response for the apartments that were up for sale in January and with so many more flats coming up,
it seems that this time as well there would be many applicants for cidco lottery 2013 scheme.
