DDA has announced that it will launch a new scheme in August 2012 for multistoried flats.

The Delhi Development Authority application forms can be availed through the counters of direct sales, DDA. These counters are available at all the major branches of well reputed banks like ICICI, SBI, AXIS, HDFC, CBI, IDBI, UBI. Other than these banks branches, the application form can also be availed from the head office of Delhi Development Authority. For those people, who have a problem with traveling, can avail the form from the website of Delhi Development Authority.
The forms are available mostly through the month of August till the middle of September. In the past years of 2008, the forms were available from the 6th day of August till the 16th day of September. The cost of the application form (which includes the brochure also) is One Hundred INR. Under the 2008 scheme, there is absolutely no income limit that needs to be fulfilled in order to fill up the application form in order to apply for a new DDA flat. After complete fill up of the application form, it needs to be submitted to the Delhi Development Authority.
The draw will take place around the 1st week of November and the allotment of flats will probably take place by the middle of December. In order to book any sort of flats or other properties available under DDA, the registration fee is one lack fifty thousand INR. This needs to be paid along with the duly filled up application form. The registration fee is refundable, if, your name doesnโt appear after the allotment drawing. However, if the name do appears, then the amount is adjusted to the total property cost price.
While depositing the application form, the registration fee should be deposited in the form of Demand Draft, drawn in favor of Delhi Development Authority Housing. The draft can be drawn from any bank. If you donโt want to pay through draft, then another facility is available. It is through the Bankerโs Cheque drawn from any bank. The other documents that need to be attached along with the application form are recent color passport sized photograph of the applicant, photo copy of the applicantโs PAN Card duly self-attested, proof of residence which can be electricity bill, Voter ID card or driving License.

Around 8890 acres of land have been used to create horticultural institutions. - Development of several Commercial Facilities
The Delhi Development Authority has developed around twenty seven community centers which have enough spaces to accommodate market places, entertainment zones, offices and industrial hubs, hotels and food joints, etc. Other than this, around seven district centers, one hundred and twenty five convenient shopping center and four hundred and twenty nine local shopping zones have been created and constructed by the DDA. - Development of industries & institutes

Approximately 5051 acres of green land have been developed by the DDA to create city forests, parks, sports complexes, gardens, and horticultural institutes. Presently, there are around twenty five city forests, four regional parks, two hundred & twenty five neighborhood parks, and one hundred & eleven district parks that have been developed by DDA. - Creating opportunities for Sports & Fitness
The DDA has developed twelve complexes for sports & games, twenty eight playing ground & fields, sixteen multi-gyms cum fitness center, twenty trails for walking & jogging. Apart from these ones, the DDA also have provided conscious effort in developing a wide range of paly fields in different colonies and parts of Delhi. A public golf course (18 holes) have also been developed which is located at the Lado Sarai. - Construction of Dwarka โ The facility rich sub-city
One of the most prestigious projects undergone by DDA is the development of sub-cities like Dwarka within the city area. The sub-city has been spread over 5648 hectares of total land area and twenty percent of the area is filled with greenery. Commercial places, educational institutes, residential properties, medical and security units all have been created within this sub-city. - Construction of Rohini โ Largest complex (residential) available
This has been spread over 3497 hectares of land area and is known to be the largest residential living complex present in the entire Asia. Around 10.1 lacs of population can be accompanied within this residential complex cum sub-town.
