HUDA is expected to launch a new scheme soon to further meets its main objective to provide low cost housing to the residents of Gurgaon. Under HUDA new scheme 2013, the Haryana Urban Development Authority is expected to launch different schemes under different zones of Gurgaon. The few details that have been revealed till now are –

1. Around 380 plots would be available under a scheme name that would be known as – HUDA Bahadurgarh Residential Plots Scheme.

2. Around 927 plots would be available under a scheme name that would be known as – HUDA Faridabad Residential Plots Scheme.

3. Around 635 plots would be available under a scheme name that would be known as – HUDA Panchkula Residential Plots Scheme.

4. Around 278 plots would be available under a scheme name that would be known as – HUDA Panipat Residential Plots Scheme.

5. Around 88 plots would be available under a scheme name that would be known as – HUDA Sonepat Residential Plots Scheme.

HUDA New Scheme 2008

Huda, the housing and urban development authority of Gurgaon has finally made it possible for residents to own a house in one of the most developed cities of India, Gurgaon. Established in 1977, the headquarters of HUDA is situated at Panchkula, Haryana.
Under this authority, Haryana has been divided into 5 zones and for each zone HUDA brings out lottery scheme regularly to meet its main objective to provide low cost housing. These are –

  • Faridabad Zone
  • Rohtak Zone
  • Panchkula Zone
  • Hisar Zone
  • Gurgaon Zone

When contacted, it was brought out that under this Huda New Scheme, around 1000 housing units would be available. Out of these 1000 flats, 500 would be for the EWS ( or economically weaker section ).
