ING Vysya Bank came into existence after the merger Vysya Bank which was a private sector bank and the company ING. All this happened in October, 2002. Since then the bank has grown a lot in its operations and all its activities. Vysya bank came into existence in 1930 and since then it has made a lot of efforts to become the number one bank in the private sector.

ING Vysya Bank have set up a lot of conditions which the candidate needs to fulfil. All these qualifications are required along with the regular educational qualifications which a candidate must have. It is not just the basic education but a lot many other skills too like the computer skills, proficiency in languages known etc.

All this is done for faster and more efficient service which the bank wishes to provide to its customers. Mostly all the employees have to perform all such duties and maintain records on the system. All this makes the knowledge of the computer a very essential thing.

If you see the job profile, for an entry level you will get the job of a PO who is a probationary officer. This job is generally offered to people who are new to this field especially to the people who do not have any experience at all. It is the job of the PO to report to his boss who will see the performance for a certain period of time. In short, the PO should be ready for any work which is given to him by his seniors or the manager during his training period so that his job may be confirmed and also so that he may better understand the whole system of how a bank works. This will also help him to reach good positions during his career. Generally this training period lasts for around 2 years. But still it is upon the discretion of the bank to either make this period smaller or to even increase it if the candidate does not do the job well.
