Navi Mumbai housing authority (NMHA) is a subsidiary unit of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority. NMHA is responsible for infrastructure development of Navi Mumbai region. Since NMHA has come into power, several development and housing schemes are taking place. A lot of residential housing projects were carried out successfully and many more are coming up. Developing Navi Mumbai into one of the most fashionable areas in Maharashtra is the main motto of NMHA. Project Name: Millenium Towers, Sanpada

CIDCO took up the responsibility for development of Sanpada during the 80’s. It is situated in northwestern side of Navi Mumbai close to Sion-Panvel express highway. Sanpada is properly connected with railway as well as road transport. From the node, Juinagar and Sanpada railways station lies closest.
